In October 1942, the men interned at the Ursuline Cloister were taken to Kedoengbadak. They were housed in three adjoining sheds of bamboo and atap and a number of outbuildings. There, several hundred men from in and around Buitenzorg had been interned in September, while in the following months men from Buitenzorg, Soekaboemi, and surroundings were transported to Kedoengbadak. The Japanese commandant, the European camp leadership, the doctor, the pharmacy and the camp administration were housed in the estate house at Kedoengbadak. In February 1944 the men were taken to the 4th and 9th Battalions in Tjimahi.

Kedoengbadak thereafter became a shelter for interned women and children from Soekaboemi, Tegal, Pekalongan and the Buitenzorg district Kota Paris. They were housed in three adjoining sheds of bamboo and atap and a number of outbuildings. There, several hundred men from in and around Buitenzorg had been interned in September, while in the following months men from Buitenzorg, Soekaboemi, and surroundings were transported to Kedoengbadak. The Japanese commandant, the European camp leadership, the doctor, the pharmacy and the camp administration were housed in the estate house at Kedoengbadak. After a large group of women and children was taken in May to Kramat, the rest of the women and children were taken to Tjideng in October.

There, several hundred men from in and around Buitenzorg had been interned in September, while in the following months men from Buitenzorg, Soekaboemi, and surroundings were transported to Kedoengbadak. The Japanese commandant, the European camp leadership, the doctor, the pharmacy and the camp administration were housed in the estate house at Kedoengbadak.
