Information: On 12 October 1943, the women and children from the women's camp at Radiostraatje were transferred to a number of dwellings near Lingkas formerly housing police personnel. These stone houses were dilapidated and unfurnished, and the sanitary facilities consisted of a huge water container and a row of communal toilets. At the end of November 1943 the women and children, along with the men from the men's camp at the artillery encampment, embarked for Bandjermasin.
