Information: In July 1943, a small group of men who had been working as ship builders in the harbour were interned with their families in the Kebon Baroe district. In June 1944 they were transferred to Daoen Loemboeng, elsewhere in Tjilatjap, where they remained interned until the Japanese capitulation.
